They were friendly to our silly dogs and even braved some of the dog hair tumble weeds on the floor to plug in our new appliance.

Great Installation Team

We had our delivery area cleared and ready. The crew did a fantastic job of maneuvering our spare full-size refrigerator through our kitchen and into our basement without any damage. They were efficient, courteous and respectful.

My item was safe sound, and works. I can always count on the Best Buy team. It is simple, they do what they advertise. The called to let me know how far away they were, quickly and easily installed and then explained everything in detail for filtering water/removing the plastic after it had reached room temp, etc

Repair installation

But Best Buy system took too long to resolve my issue. I had to wait 4days for service with my repair request. Did not know whether to use Samsung or geek squad. Finally used installation. Took too many calls to too many people to figure things out. The result is in the first sentence above. My rating is towards the service repair men. But the system to get results stinks.
