Gave us the overview on what to do with the water and ice dispenser and adjusted the feet so there is no rocking. Thanks again

Initial trouble but then finally installed correct

He put it in garage and then need to schedule another appointment to installation. Which took couple of days.

Fast delivery

The only thing they left behind was the filter that goes inside the refrigerator. I think it probably got lost in the packaging. Otherwise, I’m happy with Best Buy delivery and installation service.

They left with all the debris, leaving my kitchen as clean as it was when they came. Great job!

Great Installation Team

We had our delivery area cleared and ready. The crew did a fantastic job of maneuvering our spare full-size refrigerator through our kitchen and into our basement without any damage. They were efficient, courteous and respectful.

Very Helpful and Needed

The new refrigerator couldn't fit through the front door, so they had to take the hinges off the door (they put them back before they left). After putting the refrigerator in place, they took the old one with them.
