When we did finally get in touch with the store they only suggested moving the unit so doors will open wider. the door will not open wider!!! Guess we have to live with it.

On time and well done

They also removed all of the packing materials, cardboard, etc. and walked us through using the water/ice making process. Overall excellent work.

My item was safe sound, and works. I can always count on the Best Buy team. It is simple, they do what they advertise. I have learned that they can be trusted to take care of our purchases, and needs.

The time was taken to show us all the features of the refrigerator and how to change all settings with a lot of patience and caring. Thank you so much!!!!

Perfect delivery

Didn’t use a dolly which I was concerned about on my wood floor. They took the old out with their body straps and brought new one in. Total of 20 minutes and explained features again and advice on ice maker/water usage. They said 7 a.m. and they were here at that time. 10 out of 10.

Samsung Refrigerator Delivered Right!!!

Took the time to explain what we needed to do after it was plugged in for awhile. Re-explained the return policy if for some reason we were not satisfied with the product. These guys were great!!!! The product keeps the food cold and freezes ice very quickly.
