Great experience

They walked through our house to make sure they had the best path, gave us time to clean after they moved the old fridge, and then set everything up right the first time. Plus they were friendly.

delivery and take away

However it started working again, so we decided to keep it for a spare. We asked that it not be taken away but moved to a spare shed. The team had to take door handles off to get the fridge outside the house and back into the shed. No scratches or anything, they did a great job! Best $15 we ever spent.

Geek Squad installation of new refrigerator

They took great care in installing our new fridge and removing our old one. They took their time even though it was raining at the time. Jose and his partner did a great job.

Flawless Installation -almost

The appliance department. In the “watch-the-walls” department, they hit the wall with the corner of the fridge requiring spackling, sanding and repainting.

The called to let me know how far away they were, quickly and easily installed and then explained everything in detail for filtering water/removing the plastic after it had reached room temp, etc

THE SECOND DELIVERY WAS GOOD

NOT SO MUCH... first group claimed that the snow on the driveway (there was no snow) prevented them from delivery... based on their behavior I would have never used BestBuy again for ANYTHING.
