I did not have to pay anything for that. Free delivery Great. The first refrigerator had a scratch. They were back the next week with a new one. I Love Best Buy.

Too Good to Believe

I purchased the refrigerator after my house was flooded from a broken water line in the previous refrigerator and asked that it be brought to be stored in my garage until the kitchen was ready for the refrigerator to be installed. And all went according to plan!

Possibly good product, poor customer service

There is an issue with condensation in freezer compartment, enough to have frost and ice buildup on outside of drawers. Also was delivered with small ding and cracked bottom of door compartment. Support said it was defective and arranged for an exchange. The delivery date was scheduled for a month later. Despite confirmations, no delivery occurred. No one called to give me any update and no one in support or delivery has called to address this issue.

The guys were helpful, personable and got the job done, removing the old refrigerator and installing the new one, connecting it and setting it up. All went well.
