Delivery went very well with the staff professional.

Installers arrived early within delivery window, which worked better for me. Very efficient and careful with rounding corners. Made quick and simple measurements to double check dimensions before physically shifting product around. Very friendly and courteous. Explained basic but not obvious features of products after install.

Installation service was fast, efficient, and got the job done in less than 30 minutes.

Well the installation of the line was good, works as it should, but the delivery of the fridge was not as I wanted, first, fridge barely fit the door, small scratch, messed the main door frame and bottom plate, new house, not even a month when we took possession, but second and the one that really disappointed me was, that the guys after installing the line and finished everything, they left right away without a word, like in a hurry, so we didn't have the time to tell then about it, like they knew, but to prevent having to explain, they just left, no sorry, nothing, like it was on purpose, but we're glad that Best Buy took care of us very well, paid for all the damages, I will still buy stuff from Best Buy, thanks.

The install team was outstanding. It didn’t look like they were going to get the old appliance out but they did it! I was so pleased with the effort they put in and never gave up!

Thanks for allowing me to comment. I purchased the refrigerator after my house was flooded from a broken water line in the previous refrigerator and asked that it be brought to be stored in my garage until the kitchen was ready for the refrigerator to be installed. And all went according to plan!

It was very easy for my hudbans Kevin to hook up the water line to the new fridge.

Refrigerator/Freezer Installation kit was installed perfectly.

This crew went above and beyond to make sure it was installed and we were happy! My front door had to come off to allow the refrigerator to pass. I had a new oven and stove installed days before that was also in the way, and was moved. My wife notice that one refrigerator door was lower than the other. The installers had the proper shims to level it. And lastly, the cleaned any mess they made.
