nice small fridge. works great and is energy efficient. only 2 drawers at bottom for produce and such with humidity control

The service was fantastic! These guys know their stuff! I was a little apprehensive because I really didn’t want anything to get scratched or damaged. After I saw these two gentlemen handling their business I was very impressed. I am who I am so I was asking questions and talking while they were trying to work and they didn’t even miss a beat. The one guy was answering me the whole time and they were in and out so fast I couldn’t believe it. After they were gone both me and my husband were amazed at how much we knew about the new fridge thanks to that guy answering my questions and the little tutorial at the end. Kudos to Best Buy installation service. Great job guys!

In and out without any issues. This was a warranty replacement. The old unit was taken out and new one brought in, in a timely fashion. The gentlemen that did the work were very professional. Made sure we were aware of all the ins and outs of the refrigerator, before leaving.

The service was very good and I was very pleased with the quality of service. The product is a good quality and pleasant purchase. I would recommend it to anyone that is interested in a quality product that is affordable and reliable. I am happy with the quality and service that is provided by the company. I will look into the other options for products that I may need to upgrade my home.

The first refrigerator delivered was physically damaged. According to the delivery men, this is a not uncommon situation due to them being stacked too high in the warehouse. A few days later, a second fridge was delivered which did not work (kept nothing cold), resulting in approximately $250 in lost/spoiled food (for which I was partly reimbursed $200). The third fridge delivered a week later had a chunk missing from one of the shelf guide rails, but so far has otherwise worked well so I'm keeping it and cutting my losses.

Installers quickly removed and installed the new fridge, did a great job getting things up and running

The automated system told me it would arrive an hour or two earlier than it did, so I was left waiting around. Since I ordered a freezer that weighed less than 50 pounds, the delivery price seemed too high. But my item itself was discounted, so in the end the total price was ok. The delivery guys were friendly and waited a few minutes to let me check the freezer was starting to work.

My fridge was installed in little time and well taken care of during installation.

The install of our Samsung refrigerator through Best Buy was excellent. Although Best Buy sales indicates installers will hook up water line, installers said they don't hook up an existing line to the new fridge so my husband did that part. Good thing he could do that! If I was alone I would have had to hire someone else to do it. The installers also moved our existing fridge downstairs. That was not easy as doors to the fridge and house needed to be removed. Can't say enough of how easy the installers moved the old fridge and installed the new. The two installers worked so well together as a team.

Install team did a great job installing my new refrigerator. It is a very big unit and they were able to get it in my house without any damage to the unit or my house. The team was very polite and professional.

Did what a different company refused to do and quickly! Have had no problems or concerns!!

Only one person showed up to unload the fridge from the truck, bring the refrigerator up a steep set of stairs and install. The individual who came did an excellent job but it was definitely a two person job and I had to help. He also showed up without the right tools and I had to let him use my tools. The installer was however, very courteous, ha stayed and made sure it was completely unpacked, various interior pieces were unwrapped and installed and the water line was installed. I would recommend this installer though only if they send a second person.

These guys came in quick, professional, on time, and ready to do their job! They had great teamwork and I am very satisfied with their service and work done. My back door had to be removed/reinstalled to be able to fit my fridge install through but they handled that and were able to get it through with no other hiccups. I love that they explained in great detail the ins and outs of our new fancy fridge as well, like having to dump the first few gallons of water before use etc. I would have never known as I often don't read the manual to things. Would hope they are used in my next install!
