Ice maker

The only exception was the Ice Maker - seems that once the ice is dropped into the dispenser it freezes into a block and the "separator" can not break it up. Its pending technicians check today (due between 1400 and 1600 hours HST. 9 minutes to go.

Make sure compatible water valve is installed won'

Vendor couldn't install so I had to get a plumber to come out to install the water valve, I had a water valve, and Bestbuy said I needed a water valve before purchasing, but it is not like they specified what kind of water valve.

However, homeowners should be informed at the time of purchase that the supply valve is their responsibility to ensure that it works before the service is performed to avoid any delays. On a positive note, they installed the water filter while we watched so we can do it ourselves at the time the alert on the fridge comes on it’s time to change it without having to read up on it at that point
