It took a little maneuvering to get past the large island, but they were very good at it.

Fast effiecient workers!

They did both tasks efficiently.

Excellent delivery and installation service

They narrow down your large installation time window on the same day and you get a text message 30 minutes prior to delivery. Their store pick up is also the best on the market

Typically Best Buy does a better job than this one

They seemed perturbed to having to remove the old refrigerator and merely placed the refrigerator in the space. They did not set the anti-tip brackets and we had to remove all of the interior shipping materials. Given there is styrofoam that is integral part of the refrigerator that was risk that the customer would remove something that should stay in the refrigerator. The installers also spoke very little English so it was hard to communicate with them.

Delivery with knowledge

Best Buy must bring me a new fridge next week because this one is damaged and i REQUESTED Lewis to deliver. My husband and I could not have been more impressed with him!
