this is a very large item, and the delivery team did an outstanding job, they removed my old 28cu GE Profile refrigerator and brought the new equally large GE refrigerator got the hook-ups done quickly - all the while maintaining complete professionalism. They were GREAT!

Our freezer was delivered in good condition but when delivered we waNted the door changed to open to the left. The folks who delivered the 200+ pound refrigerator did so expertly and on time. Unfortunately, the valve connecting the new unit to the house was broken. but we were able to bring in a plumber to fix the problem within 2 hours. All in all, it was a very positive experience.

Installers failed to install my water line after being asked to replace old water line. Installers removed my doors to bring in new refrigerator and reassemble the doors wrong. My doors will not close properly and a screw is missing. They left their mess behind and did not remove the plastic off the refrigerator. The refrigerator is roomy and keeps food cool. Water quality not good. Probably because of the 16 year old water line that they refused to replace.

The 2 gentleman that installed our new refrigerator were very professional and knowledgeable. They gave me great information on my new install. Very satisfied!

Seems we have reviewed this before, but nobody is paying attention: the INSIGNIA REFRIGERATOR WE BOUGHT FROM YOU SUCKS FOR THESE REASONS: MISSING SHELVING BOTH IN FREEZER AND REFRIGERATOR AREAS, UNBALANCED DOORS THAT ARE IMPROPERLY WEIGHTED SO THEY MUST BE CLOSED MANUALLY (AND FORCEFULLY); STRANGE GROANING COMES FROM INSIDE! DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT! WE FEEL CHEATED AND DO NOT EVER INTEND TO SHOP FOR APPLIANCES AT BEST BUY AGAIN!

It couldn't be installed as the water pipes we saw behind the old fridge were for heating. It required more than just connecting to the existing plumbing, so they left the kit I purchased and I called the plumber.

In the change of refrigerator a month ago, the installation was correct, only they did not use the hoses of the new refrigerator, they used the one that was already there
