The two guys that did the install were good. They had it installed,leveled,and running in30 mins.

The installers put it on when delivering my refrigerator. it doesn't leak, so I am pleased.

Installers were very professional and did the job fast? And without a hitch only problem is hitting bring down tools.

The delivery people installed everything within 20 minutes. They explained everything, asked if I had any questions then cleaned the fridge to make sure it looked nice before they left.

MAKE SURE YOU REVIEW YOUR RECEIPT/ORDER FORM. Mine didn't specifically call out the relocation of an existing refrigerator and had to negotiate a bit to get them to do it.

Installation crew was FANTASTIC. Made sure my refrigerator stayed completely dry despite it raining cats & dogs on delivery day! Very professional, courteous, and careful.

I was most impressed by the gentlemen who delivered our new refrigerator and installed the connections to our waterline. We have a very steep driveway and small door opening which required the fridge doors be removed to get the fridge into the house and the old one out. They quickly and efficiently completed these tasks with great precision and had very upbeat demeanors. I appreciated their attention to detail very much.

The installation team provided fantastic service. Carefully unwrapped everything and took all wrapping materials. Also took time carefully monitoring everything was in good order

They did an ok job, I have no real problems with the installation. I should have asked them to wait and check that the ice makers would work. They should have told us that the ice makers would not work until the freezer and fridge got cold enough for the ice makers to start producing ice. We thought that the ice makers were faulty at first. They did seem to be in a big hurry to get things done so they could move to the next location. I personally like to have people take their time, because when people take their time, it seems like they have fewer mistakes, and rush things, and not fill in the important information to tell people.

Install crew came in installed my freezer real quick with no issues. Great job guys

Our two man crew that arrived to bring in our fridge and install the water line were simply amazing. They both went so far over and beyond what any install crew has for us. Took time to install properly, pull off all Styrofoam etc, carried in the fridge without any damage to our hardwood, our new French doors, our transition pieces......I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again. I only wish I could request the same crew!
