The installers were quick and knowledgeable. Did great job.

The delivery guys were very fast and attentive to detail when installation of the fridge.

The folks who delivered the 200+ pound refrigerator did so expertly and on time. Unfortunately, the valve connecting the new unit to the house was broken. but we were able to bring in a plumber to fix the problem within 2 hours. All in all, it was a very positive experience.

Working great with no issues. I was glad I spent the extra money to get a new water line.

My 4th attempt to get my undamaged refrigerator finally came and with 2 of the best delivery men on your team. I know one's name is Joe and the other John(?), I believe, was his partner. They did an excellent job delivering and explaining the fridge and how to clean it. No stone was unturned. I was so grateful to get my new fridge undamaged and in such good care. Thanks to Joe and John! Kudos!!!

This was supposed to be a SURPRISE and my sister tried her hardest to keep the surprise, she told sales person. I kept asking why I was getting messages to rate my product. She & her husband did an extreme makeover in my den/kitchen/living room. Mentioned installation was excellent! Have not seen it yet, waiting 2 days!

this is a very large item, and the delivery team did an outstanding job, they removed my old 28cu GE Profile refrigerator and brought the new equally large GE refrigerator got the hook-ups done quickly - all the while maintaining complete professionalism. They were GREAT!

The installers were prompt and very professional, cleaned up afterwards and did an overview of the product after the install. It was free with my Best Buy membership as an added bonus.

Received the first fridge pretty quickly, only for it to be damaged. As well as my front door by the delivery guys. The replacement fridge arrives by a new delivery team who sees the damage done to my front door so they took my front door off the hinges and had no problem getting the refrigerator inside the house. This delivery team reported the damage done to my front door and tells me someone will be in contact with me….but no one has called or responded to the damage done by the first delivery team. My new fridge seems to be working great and the extra ice feature is pretty awesome. But because of the delivery team gouging out the wood on my front door and then not taking care of it leaves me no choice but to leave a low rating. Totally recommend the fridge but don’t have it delivered by Best Buy!

The delivery men arrived on time. They were very courteous and efficient. Absolutely no problems.

In the change of refrigerator a month ago, the installation was correct, only they did not use the hoses of the new refrigerator, they used the one that was already there

Deliver persons were quick and courteous. However, we had three crews come to replace 2 new Whirlpool refrigerators that were not functioning and finally delivering an LG. In Hawaii, it is customary to tip delivery persons and the total has been $140.00 for three deliveries two for broken refrigerators.

Technician knew his job and installed the waterline in no time. Worked perfectly the first time.

I need to replace my old refrigerator and found this one on-line through Best Buy. Once I purchased it and had it delivered, I was finally able to appreciate all the great features that the refrigerator has that I was unaware about. I love the drawer in the main body that holds eggs, butter and other items away from the rest of the other items.

And it does a great job. It is always a good idea to buy a new line with a new installation.
