Could not connect the water line
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The installers can only connect to an open valve behind the fridge, not the one under the sink, even though I had drilled a large enough hole earlier. The hose provided was only 6' in length, I had to go to the local hardware store to get a 9' hose (1/2 price). The gentleman I talked with on the phone about the install was very easy to deal with, pleasant, courteous, kind, and tried to do as much as he could.

New Refrigerator Installation.

The guys were helpful, personable and got the job done, removing the old refrigerator and installing the new one, connecting it and setting it up. All went well.

Installation was quick

Only 3 stars because they were an hour outside their delivery window and the one guy gave me a hard time about my water shut off.
