excellent IN GOOD CONDITION EASY TO USED AND VERY HAPPY

The installation crew, I believe there names were Luis & Eric, were very conscientious & efficient. Luis contacted customer service for me to report a dent in frig' door that was a result of shipping damage. I received $100 discount as a result.

The guys were quick and professional. So far their installed kit and the fridge works good.

The installation crew was very nice each time they were at my house. That said, it took 4 tries to get a refrigerator that was not dented. I will say the last crew that delivered the refrigerator was the best of them all but that makes them a 10 with the rest of the crews ranging from 7.5-9

The guys came in and hooked up the fridge, slid it back into place quickly and efficiently.

Best Buy unpacked it, placed it, turned it on, and took away the trash. No issues.

The delivery was made on time. Installation was done less than 10 minutes. Swipe between installing the new refrigerator and removing the old refrigerator was all done within 10 minutes without any hasel.

The water was connected with no problems, and i appreciated the quick and friendly service!

The installers were courteous, highly experienced and very respectful of me and my home. They went out of their way to make sure not to damage anything when they were removing my old appliance and installing my new appliance. So courteous and so professional!

The guys who came to do install our fridge were nice, professional, and they worked quickly. Overall things were fine and the fridge is in place, level, and working. However, they did scratch my floors when moving the fridges (not too major, but I definitely notice it), and they didn't open the valve to the water supply line enough for it to actually work... I thought something was wrong with the ice maker, as we were getting almost no ice at all even several days after the install. Decided to check the valve and sure enough, it was barely open at all. So we fixed that ourselves and now we're getting tons of ice. But again, they were courteous workers- there were just some things that could have been better.

Everything seems to be working fine. Ice maker makes plenty of ice. No complaints.

This was supposed to be a SURPRISE and my sister tried her hardest to keep the surprise, she told sales person. I kept asking why I was getting messages to rate my product. She & her husband did an extreme makeover in my den/kitchen/living room. Mentioned installation was excellent! Have not seen it yet, waiting 2 days!

The guys who came out had this thing leveled and set up in no time. Fantastic job
