Delivery and Setup

They unpacked the new refrigerator, got it placed and set up quickly. They cleaned up all the packaging debris and removed it as well. They were fantastic. I have had amazing results when the delivery crew is actual Best Buy and not the third party subcontractor.

I gave her all the information she asked for but she called again 2 hours later then again the next day. They was not organized and it was bothering me.

Not the best...

They did a terrible job of removing the protective wrap from the refrigerator and the doors were not level as they should be. They could not answer any basic questions about the product. We dealt with them twice, as our refrigerator quit working and had to be replaced.

Fast installation.

The only criticism I have is that they didn't remove all the tape holding the parts inside, which I didn't notice until I had put stuff into the fridge.
