No Hassles

They weren't supposed to connect it so they let us do it with no problem. Would have been five stars if they wouldn't have made me do it! The lawyers won out over the customers on that one.

Great take-away and installation of refrigerator

They were able to come in the back door through a screened in porch and into the family room and then into the kitchen. Worked quickly and were very courteous.

The main gripe I had is that other places were offering "free" delivery, but Best Buy didn't unless you paid for "geek Squad" membership.

Upright Freezer

The crew was here ahead of schedule and had the unit in place within 20 minutes of arrival. No mess and no other problems with installation.

Great Samsung Regriferator Model RF25HMEDBSG/AA

I know one's name is Joe and the other John(?), I believe, was his partner. They did an excellent job delivering and explaining the fridge and how to clean it. No stone was unturned. I was so grateful to get my new fridge undamaged and in such good care. Thanks to Joe and John! Kudos!!!

Excellent Service

They actually noticed defects in my refrigerator when it was unpacked in front of me that I probably would not have noticed myself. They clearly explained my options to me and I am currently waiting for Best Buy to contact me about when I can expect a replacement. I would be more than happy for them to come out and install an appliance for me again.
