Courteous, on time, professional, and very friendly. Best Buy has the best delivery services I’ve ever used. Cleaned up after themselves too. They had to unhook part of the storm screen door to get it inside and made sure it was working perfectly before they left.

Difficult to communicate with the team

Installation was quick

Only 3 stars because they were an hour outside their delivery window and the one guy gave me a hard time about my water shut off.

We had zero issues and zero complaints regarding this service. Within 15 minutes the professional delivery crew had our new fridge installed and operational.

No Existing Water Line

We will have to provide one and then the icemaker will function.

Very Professional and Knowledgeable Installers

They made sure we understood how to use the refrigerator before they left. They also boxed up all their trash, the old refrigerator and tools before they left.
