Being late was also not their fault. They are being over worked! Mine was their 18th delivery that day! and had one more to be done.

Installation was done less than 10 minutes. Swipe between installing the new refrigerator and removing the old refrigerator was all done within 10 minutes without any hasel.

They got the job done

They left a pretty big mess on the floor that the guys delivering the other appliances didn’t do. Gotta cut them a little slack cause the weather was nasty. Would have been nice if they could speak English too.
