The original delivery people claimed that our purchased fridge was too big but our two previous fridges were in similar sizes. Best Buy sent their two delivery specialists and brought it up with a smile... and quick too! I was super impressed! Highly recommended! They deserve a raise!

New refrigerator for the garage

This purchase replaces ~20 year old Whirlpool. Chose this model for the lack of water, ice maker - didn’t need them and that afforded some additional room for storage. Service for the purchase by Larry was awesome and the unit was delivered and setup up as promised.

They got my old refrigerator out fast and placed and installed the new one fast too. They explain and showed what to do with the ice maker and water dispenser.

Connecting to existing plumbing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Our delivery included the delivery guys putting the new waterline on the new fridge and connecting it to the existing plumbing. It is easy enough to do yourself. If you can screw a hose on, you could do it yourself and save money. We didn't have to pay for it so we let the delivery guys do it. The upside to them doing it is when they check the operation of the fridge, the waterline is hooked up already.

They did call but we were asleep. Of course when they showed up we weren’t ready but they patiently waited. They were amazing. They put my fridge exactly were I wanted it and leveled it. Did I mention they were great.
