Install team spot on. They took the time to ensure all the appliances were installed correctly. They treated my house like their own, they were respective and polite

The install went so quickly and easily. These guys do so many they have it down to a science. I'd say they were finished in under 20 minutes. Everything is working as it should.

Fridge is good but should have 4 door shelves and it only comes with 3. We just went online and bought a extra shelf. Sometimes the fridge gets too cold at the bottom and stuff starts to freeze, this is on the reccomended setting. Also we had to get a best buy membership and credit card to get the sale price. When we got the credit card bill we paid the entire thing because the interest rate on the credit card is 31.5 percent. So just make sure you know that the credit card is going to have a crazy high interest because in the store they will tell you they don't know how much it is. Also the delivery charge was very reasonable and the young men who did the delivery were very polite and profesional. We disposed of the old fridge ourselves and that made the delivery much cheaper.

Unfortunately, my fridge had to be disassembled to get into the house. When they reassembled, it wasn't done correctly & the door is uneven. Best Buy did rectify the situation & are exchanging the fridges out. I also had to connect my own water line but was easy with the right parts from the hardware store.

They were very quick to delivery. They arrived promptly and the installation was surprisingly fast. We had a free questions about the existing water hookup and they were able to help. It was so nice to have all the packing and boxes removed after and not have to deal with it. We went from having a non working fridge to no fridge, to this working one within a short time. They were professional and respectful

Prompt, professional and one-time. It was clear from the moment they drove up, these guys were true professionals, and knew exactly what they were doing. Their ability to quickly & efficiently move such a large heavy appliance with such ease was amazing.

Though there was no real set up needed, the freezer only needed to be plugged in to work but they stayed to make sure it worked before leaving. Took it out of the packaging and disposed of the trash after unpacking.

The delivery and partial installation was great. They were respectful and efficient. If you have a non metal water line, they will not touch it. We were not told this prior. My husband connected the waterline to the refrigerator.

I like my Geek Squad product overall. It’s easy to use, and the setup and support were helpful. Knowing I can get assistance if something goes wrong gives me peace of mind. The service can be a little expensive, but the convenience and reliability make it worth it.

So our first round we had an issue with the water line for the main fridge. The drivers left the old and new fridge in our house so we can get the water line issue taken care of. We finally got it done. Fast forward to when the backup fridge was delivered. They installed that one in seconds and they also removed both of the old fridges. They made sure not to bang up the walls and doors. They were quick about it all. Both teams that made deliveries were amazing and great at communicating with me when they would arrive. They'd call and say "We'll be there in 20min" and sure enough 20min later they were there.

I had the install technicians move my old refrigerator to the basement and they were very careful and competent. They also moved the new fridge in flawlessly and installed the water line from the wall. They were very nice respectful guys that worked very well together. Definitely worth the price.

The guys were really nice and professional. The next day, however, there was a buzz, as if a fan were hitting the back. I looked under the unit and noticed that the two stabilizers had not been adjusted to touch the floor. I adjusted them and much of the rattle went away. Yet there is still the sound of a fan vibrating when I open and close the right door. Annoying. I plan on getting in touch with BB soon, but right now I’m super busy.

Refrigerator fits perfect in my kitchen. Keeps my items nice and cold. No issues!! Delivery was timely. Delivery men were professional and proficient

I'm so glad I paid for the install. The two guys that showed up were fast. They removed the refrigerator doors once they got the refrigerator off the box truck because that was the only way it could fit through my front door. Once in the kitchen, they worked fast to install the doors. I half expected to find some stripped screw heads and scratches on the doors or on the nearby surfaces because they had moved so fast, which often leads to mistakes. Or, perhaps they would not have thought about taking care to not damage the surfaces. But I didn't find any signs of damage. I didn't think about this until now but they had used a refrigerator dolly to move the refrigerator from their box truck. They took the fridge up the small hill that is my driveway. Then they stopped just short of the doorway to remove the refrigerator from the dolly and hand-carry it through the front door, through the living room and into the kitchen. I thought it was weird at the time that they would do this. Why not just push the refrigerator all the way into the kitchen with the dolly? Looking back, I now realize they hand-carried the refrigerator instead of trying to walk it up the two small steps and through my door for several reasons. First, they didn't want to risk banging the top of the refrigerator against the top of the doorway, something that is likely to if they tried to push the refrigerator while on the dolly over the threshold. It would have bounced several times and the impulse movement is hard to control. Second, they also did this to protect from scratching up my hardwood floors. Third, they had to remove the much wider wooden support pallet upon which the fridge sits. If they hadn't, then they couldn't have gotten the fridge through the doorway. Once the pallet is off, they can no longer use the refrigerator dolly, as this means scuffing and badly scratching up the underside of the refrigerator with the tongue of the dolly. They also installed the waterline feeding the water dispenser and ice maker, having the foresight to not try to turn off the valve in the wall but at the main because the valve in the wall just behind the refrigerator had hardwater deposits gummed all over it. If they had tried to turn the valve, it would have likely broke. Or, in the best case, there's a constant leak and I have to replace it. They also removed all the packaging, including all the plastic sheets protecting the surfaces, both on the inside and outside of the refrigerator. They also removed the styrofoam. They took all the trash with them, which saved me a lot of grief because all that packaging would have easily filled up my trashcan. After all is said and done, they got the refrigerator installed and running, along with installing the waterline and water filter, in about an hour. I did notice several days later that there is a scratch that is about two inches long in the stainless steel just to the left of the left door handle. Given how much care these guys took in moving the refrigerator by hand to avoid banging up the sides of my door, door frame and the hardwood flooring; removing the sheets of plastic protecting the surfaces; leveling the refrigerator; installing the internal shelvings; and even cleaning up as much as of the packaging materials, taking it with them; etc., I just have a hard time seeing them as the ones that caused the scratch.

The guys came on time, quick installation. Gave me direction regarding the ice maker and install all th selves and took away all the paper and trash. Great Service. They also tested the make sure there is no water leaks from the refrigerator.

Very nice refrigerator. Fits great into the area of my kitchen. Lots of room and plenty of room and has lots of door shelving.

Easy as pie to hook up. Done in a breeze. I think the product is great no leaks and it looks great no leaks. It all fit very good and went together very easy and the directions for the installation for the product were great yes I would tackle this job anytime anywhere worked fine and there were no Leaks.
