Everything was installed correctly. No leaking. No mess and was quick

I had my fridge delivered to my house, the installers were very nice and very helpful. They came inside my house looked where the fridge was going, told me they had to take a door off but would be putting it right back. After they hooked the fridge up they showed us how it all works and they were on their way. They are fast and good at what they do.

Here are the items I like about this Whirlpool refrig: Great ice maker, it gets with the program, makes nice solid cubes and fills evenly, good seals on the doors, nice exterior design/handles, clever bottom drawer in the refrig part, quick and easy water filter replacement, solid feel/quality on the refrig part. Things I do not like: The refrig requires a high setting to maintain a safe/desired temp, the freezer slide and basket style top have a cheap look and feel and the main drawback is the noise (compressor?) has gotten louder every week I have had the refrig (one month).

The installation was very professional. The two technicians were very capable, polite, pleasant and followed COVID safety protocol. I was amazed at how fast they worked while maintaining attention to detail and being very careful with my new refrigerator. They were happy to explain what they were doing .

It is a good refrigerator and worth the money in my opinion

The team that came and set up my refrigerator was very nice but felt like they were rushed, i didnt know having the refrigerator door changed to the otherside was an option for me. Now my refrigerator opens wrong and very inconvenient I wouldve really appreciated them taking the time and asking which side would be better suited for the space

The installation team was excellent. They were very careful moving the new refrigerator into the house, making sure not to scratch our floors or walls. I loved how fast and professional they where they know how to do there job quickly and not waste any time I offered them some water and they took wit with manners I definitely will be using there service again any other time I need something from best buy how fast the workers where and got my old stuff out and put the new stuff back in I love it!!

Fridge is good but should have 4 door shelves and it only comes with 3. We just went online and bought a extra shelf. Sometimes the fridge gets too cold at the bottom and stuff starts to freeze, this is on the reccomended setting. Also we had to get a best buy membership and credit card to get the sale price. When we got the credit card bill we paid the entire thing because the interest rate on the credit card is 31.5 percent. So just make sure you know that the credit card is going to have a crazy high interest because in the store they will tell you they don't know how much it is. Also the delivery charge was very reasonable and the young men who did the delivery were very polite and profesional. We disposed of the old fridge ourselves and that made the delivery much cheaper.
