I have a broken leg and could not help in any way. They transferred the food which I know is not their job even making sure I knew where they put my medicine.

They took the fridge out and then brought the range in so I had time to paint the side of the cabinet next to the fridge before bringing the new fridge in.

Very smooth install

The unit was unpackaged, placed where I wanted it, legs were adjusted and packaging material was taken away. Both men were very friendly and efficient. Quick and painless install.

Smooth Installation

Took great care in keeping items from breaking, worked fast w/o losing efficiency and very pleasant.

test the filtered water feature
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Buy failed to load my fridge on the truck, so the installation took an extra 45-60 minutes while the team drove back to the warehouse to pick it up. Although I took care to ensure the water line was briefly flushed by the installer, when the fridge installation was complete they almost departed with the water not turned on to the fridge and freezer. I mentioned wanting to try the water feature and then they realized they had not turned on the water. If they had left without turning it on I would have had to request a service call, thinking the fridge was defective. Also, I'm not sure whether it is an installation error or simply a problem with the fridge design, but each time I pull open the freezer drawer the entire unit pulls forward!

A few doors had to be removed for this basement refrigerator to fit. Delivery workers were pleasant and patient. They worked quickly and this basement refrigerator was installed and ready to go in minutes.
