Great Service, flawed merchandise

Unfortunately, the new unit had a defective door gasket that did not seal the refrigerator properly. Best Buy will be bringing a new replacement unit soon.

2ND TIME WAS THE "CHARM"

After the broken connector, Best Buy Geek guys did a good job. The first botch cost me $105 from my plummet, but the second team knew what they were doing!

The delivery guys did a great job of being careful bringing the refrigerator in, and removing the old one. They set it up in no time. They were very professional and nice
