Refrigerator was on back order but arrived when they said it would The installation went very smoothly They hooked up my ice maker everything was great

Guys were very quick and efficient. Only problem is they are returning today because one door speaks a lot when opening or closing. Hopefully just an adjustment

The ice maker is not working and the LED light for the freezer has already gone out. I don't know if it's improper installation or if the fridge is defective.

Do not have geek squad connect you water line on your delivered refrigerator. They improperly installed ours and a slow leak developed ruining a section of our laminate flooring as no water was visible because the leak was behind the refrigerator and slow enough that it just seeped under the floor and buckled the laminate floor. Now, the installers are not accepting responsibility for their mistake and I am fighting with the claims group (for 2-months so far) to try and get reimbursement for the 1k cost to repair the flooring. Additionally, claims does not respond to requests for status updates or anything. Of course, Best Buy has washed their hands of this since they use Sedgwick to handle damage claims. Very dissatisfied.

Both techs that delivered and installed my refrigerator did a great job. Took care and made sure not to damage anything. They explained everything thoroughly and cleaned up when they were done. Honestly convinced me to use best buy for more installs.

The two gentleman called not only on time, but were just across the street when they called. They took the old frig and brought in the new frig and set it up in a matter of minutes. They were polite and respectful. They used the lifting belts and were very careful moving around inside the house with the frigs.

Excellent product I had same LG and it lasted 13 years without any issue . We were in so much love of this refrigerator we bought the same model again .

The team did a good job moving in the refrigerator and flipping the doors around. Only reason it is not five stars is they did not get off all of the wrapping plastic that comes on the fridge new and I had to play with the seal in order to get it to properly seal.

The installation team was simply awesome: professional, on-time, and ensured my home wouldn't be damaged in any way (they even removed framed pictures on the stairway to make sure they don't fall). Highly recommend!
