Their work ethic is 10/10, but their ability to handle extra requests feels like their life depends on it. Very courteous and professional. They just seemed drained or tired. Give these men a vacation

Samsung refrigerator

From start to finish I had the best experience. The delivery guys were great. They took extreme care with installing my refrigerator. They took pride in their work. They were professional and very polite. Hope they are the delivery guys again on my next big purchase.

They come in, put the appliance where you want it, make whatever connections needed, test it and level it. And if anything goes wrong you can call them.

Two-man team (headed by Eric) were on time, super-efficient, friendly, cleaned up adfterward. They are one of the major reasons I'll be coming to BestBuy first for appliance purchases.

Would appreciate if the plastic shrink wrap on the doors could be removed or done differently so I don't have little pieces of blue plastic at odd places near the seams of my doors.
