Very professional, literally took less than 15 minutes to remove the old one and install the new one!

The delivery and partial installation was great. They were respectful and efficient. If you have a non metal water line, they will not touch it. We were not told this prior. My husband connected the waterline to the refrigerator.

Love our freezer. It takes on all of our overflow from our refrigerator.

It's a beautiful refrigerator. It fits perfectly, has lots of room. The door however ended up squeaking really bad and it has to b e replaced.

Careful and efficient movers of large appliances. However, paid to have it up and running. However, because it was connecting to the reverse osmosis system the installer "Can't touch the water line" So I had to disconnect the old one and hook up the new one while they waited to plug in the new one and push it back into it's space. The doors, as happens in a Lot of fridge deliveries, needed adjusting to allow them to close and seal properly. This was overlooked by both them and then I. The right door should shut by itself at 30 degrees and doesn't.

Very quick and thorough... no damage done and checked everything out and leveled it before leaving.

I purchased a Samsung Refrigerator Smarthub TV and the installation service from Best Buy was on point. My spouse was at home when they arrived and she usually has complaints about installer. She was happy as can be. She said that they were quick, efficient, and explained everything about the product. They were in and out in a flash. Happy Wife, Happy Life. Thanks Best Buy.

The first 2 delivery men made excuses as to why they couldn’t install our fridge and it took over a month for the fridge to be installed. The last delivery men went above and beyond to install this fridge and did an excellent job. They informed us there was no reason why the previous repairman couldn’t have done the job other than they didn’t want to. I wish I knew the names of the two gentleman that did their job because they were great.

These guys made were great. They were on time, and quickly removed my old frig and were very considerate.

They were very quick to delivery. They arrived promptly and the installation was surprisingly fast. We had a free questions about the existing water hookup and they were able to help. It was so nice to have all the packing and boxes removed after and not have to deal with it. We went from having a non working fridge to no fridge, to this working one within a short time. This stainless steel Frigidaire refrigerator is really nice looking with shiny stainless steel doors. It is a small size but there is plenty of space inside. Shelves are adjustable. And, price was excellent.

Quickly installed the fridge and plugged in and told the instructions for fridge to run smooth.

The people who delivered the fridge were knowledgeable and fast they were careful and the process went smooth

Got a new fridge from Best Buy. Decided to hit the easy button and schedule delivery and installation. Great decision. Let professionals worry about it so I don't have to deal with it. Because, I can assure you, I would have messed it up. Just save yourself the headache and do it.

I love the interior lights and the large capacity. The price was also good and installation was perfect! They left everything working and clean!
