The first experience I had wasn't so great because I was denied delivery because of my steep hill. I specifically requested a small delivery truck... Then finally the following day another delivery team came in. They were awesome! They made sure my delivery install was the way I wanted it. They even made sure the fridge I had to relocate was moved where I wanted and with A LOT OF CARE. They weren't trying to rush and kept reminding me they wanted to do it right. It ended up being a father and son team. I've had many deliveries because of my move and appliance purchases and this by far was one of the best experiences.

The men who delivered my refrigerator did an excellent job maneuvering it through a tight space and setting it up. They were very polite and careful. The only problem was the salesperson had not asked which side we wanted the refrigerator doors to open on, so it was delivered with the doors on the wrong side. I had to schedule an additional appointment and pay an additional cost for Best Buy to send someone to my house to switch the doors to the correct side.

This freezer did not have to be attached to anything but a plug. That was done with no trouble.

Excellent job of installing our new and removing our old refrigerator. The installers were very mindful of our house, making sure not to scrape, dent, or hit anything. In addition, they arrived on time and finished the job quickly.

Purchased a new washer, dryer, and refrigerator when we moved into our new home and opted for delivery and installation. The gentlemen were courteous and friendly. They had the new washing machine and dryer unloaded, unboxed, and installed within 1.5 hours. Definitely recommend this service!

This install team was great. I can’t say enough good things about them. They arrived in time, brought heavy refrigerator in with no problems and installed it quickly and efficiently.

The guys that came got the fridge in the spot it need to be. They were helping us with options on how they think it would work and tried to do everything they can. It was all installed correctly, water and all. No problems.

Guys arrived on time, quickly removed old frig, carried in the new frig and set it in place. All services were performed quickly and professionally. No problems at all.

Terrific! The Whirlppool is exactly what we needed for our limited space. It is superb, "cool" and quiet. The installation was quick, professional and seamless. It looks great and has enough storage for the two of us.

Water line hook up was a breeze. They did a fantastic job and made sure everything was working and no leaks.

Installed a 3 door stainless LG refrigerator. Install went ok, but the installer couldn't get the door quit right. But it does work well.

Bought on June 2024 and it is now December of 2025 and it has quit working. It worked very well but didn’t last long.

Professional delivery and installation. Workers got the new fridge into the house and installed with no issues. Worth every penny.

When the guys came the first time to install the refrigerator, they installed a new water line that was purchased from Best Buy to a water line that was there already. I don’t see the logic behind buying a new water line besides changing more money. I had to call for service because water was dripping. The guys came and tightened the line. Also when they were installing the refrigerator I told them the right door wasn’t as high as the left door. They put some rubber circles under the door to make it even. That didn’t last. So when they came back to fix the leak they put more rubber that came out days later. They rush to get don each time.

Good and professional workers and attentive to details. They explained to me how the fridge works and etc.
