The old fridge was a bear to get through the doors and the men did EVERYTHING to make it possible. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I tipped them both. Thank you!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Buy failed to load my fridge on the truck, so the installation took an extra 45-60 minutes while the team drove back to the warehouse to pick it up. Although I took care to ensure the water line was briefly flushed by the installer, when the fridge installation was complete they almost departed with the water not turned on to the fridge and freezer. I mentioned wanting to try the water feature and then they realized they had not turned on the water. If they had left without turning it on I would have had to request a service call, thinking the fridge was defective. Also, I'm not sure whether it is an installation error or simply a problem with the fridge design, but each time I pull open the freezer drawer the entire unit pulls forward!

Very professional, and courteous to our home. We've ordered from a "Home store" and they caused over $10,000 of damage delivering the SAME fridge in a larger space in our old home. Best Buy delivery didn't even leave fingerprints.

The refrigerator had to go into the basement, but door on refrigerator had to come off. When all was done they were here a total of 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend installation.
