Hard job looked easy

They removed our old unit with no problem. They then sent up the new unit in double quick time. Both team members were courteous and asked if we had any questions. With that, they were on their way to their next install.

I had to have a refrigerator exchanged and they were very careful and professional. The delivery was effortless to track via text and they called one half hour before arriving.

Needed equipment for new install

The installer had one with him that he used but needed a tip. I thought that was a bit unusual. And a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise he was very polite careful and professional.

Though the product i ordered was somehow damaged after their install..they were nice people to deal with.
