The gentlemen that removed our broken refrigerator and installed the new one were very professional and thorough. They came to our house about 8:00PM because their delivery truck broke down earlier in the day. They went above and beyond the call to deliver our refrigerator on the day it was promised. I was extremely impressed with their dedication and courtesy. These guys deserve a raise!

We read the directions for measuring doorways and path. We discovered our front door was slightly wider than the back. We removed the door from the hinges, just in case the frig was too wide. The hook-up was easily completed to our existing waterline using the new stainless-steel water hose and filter. Installation went smoothly and waterline works great.

Best Buy Included this pipe for an additional charge of about $30 - as part of Refrigerator delivery/Installation. Even though $30 is too much for a pipe, it saves you a trip and time in case it is required.

Best Buy uses third party vendors who do not know how to delivery appliances or install them. I had a refrigerator delivered on 8/11. I had no notice of delivery until 30 minutes before they got to my home. Once at the home they need to remove the refrigerator doors to get it in. They removed the refrigerator from the box and all the protective covers (beside the thin blue plastic wrap). Moving the doors and unit into my home they did not cover it with anything to protect it from damage. Once they got the everything to the location the refrigerator was going to be they did a terrible job re-installing the door and did not align the refrigerator or the doors. It is completely misaligned and crooked. I ask them to fix it and was told that they did not know how. Also the handles keep falling off. I was the last delivery of the day and they were in a fired up hurry to be done. I'm pretty sure that they broke it as well because the brand new refrigerator won't cool. I've been a loyal customer at Best Buy for the past 9 years and make the majority of my large electronic purchase from them. This was the first time I bought an appliance and will probably be the last. Also if you try to call into customer service to get support or someone to come out and fix it get ready to be transferred like 6 times, talked down to and told they can't send anyone out for over a week. All in all terrible experience with no end insight.

All I can say is job was done but I guess it’s hard to find people who’ll do an extra step or walk an extra mile out of kindness.

The Best Buy delivery team didn't need to do much for this particular job of connecting the freezer by just plugging it in. But they have done a great job in the past installing a dishwasher. They have been very professional and efficient.
