The team sent to install our new refrigerator was very efficient and quick. They removed our old unit with no problem. They then sent up the new unit in double quick time. Both team members were courteous and asked if we had any questions. With that, they were on their way to their next install.

Installers called to come earlier than scheduled. Fast, friendly install. Hooked everything up, no scratches on appliances or damage to property coming in. Made sure working & instructed how to purge the water filter of the carbon particles.

The refrigerator is great however the reviews are true regarding the ice maker. It’s terrible! I’m calling Samsung tomorrow to see what they can do about it!

Install guys were great, but need better explanation by Best Buy what to expect. Would not hook up to plastic line if present and no refund was given by the other person on the phone on install. Needed a plumber

Paid to have our new refrigerator installed and the old one hauled away. To be honest, I could handle the installation myself, but it was a better deal to opt for it and pay a little extra to have the old one hauled away. So what did they do? The absolute minimum. And less! The refrigerator is working so at least they achieved that, but after they left, I had a trail of water to my front door, no info at all about what to expect as it "cooled off", and most of the packaging materials were still inside. Those little foam rubber pads to protect the shelves held on with special tape. Well, when I noticed this, the fridge already cooled down to below freezing in the freezer, so the tape would not completely remove. I had to pull all the shelves out, let them thaw, then remove all the tape and padding. Also, all the plastic door shelves and trays had the protective film still on them. I expected my fridge to be ready to go minus it being cold enough, and it wasn't. I am not very happy at all. No run-down on the controls. Yeah, I got a manual, but when did "making sure you understand what you bought" is no longer included? I'm not completely inept. I can handle most things on my own. But darn it, when you spend nearly $2000 on something, you expect a little hand holding. These two issues (the packaging and the water trail) really upset me and my wife. Won't opt for that again for sure.

At a former home in PA. I bought an ice maker for my home along with the appliance. The people delivering the refrigerator would not install this. Best Buy guaranteed delivery and installation. They were done very quickly and were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Ice maker makes great ice and dispenses good clean water. Filters are not expensive and easy to install.
