Only downside is lack of (height) flexibility for the main shelves. Product should have mor height adjustments for shelves

Very professional, impressed how quickly they knocked this out. A little pricey for what it is but I imagine there are more complicated installations than mine.

The team did a good job moving in the refrigerator and flipping the doors around. Only reason it is not five stars is they did not get off all of the wrapping plastic that comes on the fridge new and I had to play with the seal in order to get it to properly seal.

Install team was very nice, the problem was they didn't unpack the refrigerator at all. they just brought it in the house and plugged it in, that was it. They said they didn't need me to sign anything and left. I ended up spending at least a half hour unwrapping everything on the inside. I should of checked it before they ran out the door, but I was busy tending to my sick brother. Anyways to add to the horrible service that I got, the actual unit doesn't even work. It doesn't even keep the food cold, the freezer wont even freeze ice cubes. All ice cream products melt, etc. Not very happy right now.

Dallas and his helper who delivered and installed refrigerator were personable, professional, knowledges, efficient and worked well together to move old refrigerator out to where I wanted it and put new in place, hooking up ice maker, water, etc.

The two individuals who delivered and installed our new refrigerator were excellent to say the least! they had to work though tight corners and had to be very careful to not damage anything. They were wonderful to my wife in the process as I was out of town.

Came in right on time. Super efficient and everything explained quite well. I also really appreciated that they informed me precise arrival time on the day so I didn’t need to wait around for the whole time slot I reserved appointment for.
