The installers did a great job. Quick, professional and thorough.

We just purchased a new home and had to have washer dryer and fridge raider installed we decided to go through Best Buy directly for this, the price was very reasonable, the service was outstanding and efficient and more importantly on time, very pleased with the value and quality we received and very courteous and friendly installers.

The first attempt at installation was unsuccessful because of a faulty water line for the ice maker. The installation team efficiently set up a new date and installed the refrigerator in a temporary location. The faulty water line was repaired and the second installation attempt was perfect.

So far, so good. We haven't had a drop of water leak from the connection.

The connection of the water line to the refrigerator is working as advertised.

Very nice services did the job in less than an hours

The plumbing in my house has been one nightmare after another. The water line to the old refrigerator being the latest. When the Geek Squad set up guys couldn't sort out the problem they graciously took the new frig back to the warehouse until I could get a plumber to fix the shut off valve. They redelivered the new one today, without charging me extra, and all is well.

Installers called to come earlier than scheduled. Fast, friendly install. Hooked everything up, no scratches on appliances or damage to property coming in. Made sure working & instructed how to purge the water filter of the carbon particles.

The two individuals who delivered and installed our new refrigerator were excellent to say the least! they had to work though tight corners and had to be very careful to not damage anything. They were wonderful to my wife in the process as I was out of town.

I love the fridge now that it is working correctly. The delivery went very smoothly and the men were very professional. They delivered and installed the fridge quickly. They cleaned everything up before they let. Great buy and great delivery.

Outstanding guys please use these two to train other folks. Better then that bring in other companies to have there folks trained by these two. And just so you know cause I know someone is going to say he must know them, had no idea who they were and can tell you one thing they were GOOD!!!

The installers had no problem installing the adapter kit. It replaced one that was 8 years old. I think the water looks crystal clear and seems to filter out the minerals in our water supply. I have had it for only 6 weeks. So far, great!

Works well, does what it should, nothing more to say.

The 3rd refrigerator was ok, I was very disappointed that we had to unload the refrigerator 3 times because the first 2 were defective. In my opinion we should have been given some consideration for the aggravation.

IT'S GOOD AND NICE FRIDGE WITH QUALITY INSTALATION

Very well installed, with one exception -- they scraped an inside shelf. Best Buy offered to replace the entire refrigerator, but we were able to buff out the scrape with minimal visibility.

Delivery man Chance? Is Absoulutly the Best....out of Grand Juction...Polite as all get out...Understanding...Takes care right then and there of all defects...informative of refrigerator and controls...Just a Great young man.....
