My son was very please with the installation the installers were very professional and timely

The refrigerator is terrific works perfectly. However, the icemaker is just like the former refrigerator, the rice of the forms of bridge over the top of the ice collector. I have to take a kitchen knife to break the frozen ice dome to continue using, and getting ice cubes. There is apparently a problem in the manufacturing design of the icemaker, the problem is it forms an ice dome over the top of the box collecting the ice cubes once

The instal team did an excellent job they were concerned about the floor and the furniture.

The 2 guys arrived on time and quickly there was a problem with the water shut off valve. After a few minutes I had someone go on to the roof of the building and shut off the water for the entire "line". Ok. That problem was solved. They quickly disconnected and removed the old fridge. They then carefully installed the new one. Mission accomplished! So why not 5 stars? Here's why...NEITHER of the installers spoke English. So no communication...and during the few minutes of waiting for the water line problem to be resolved they apparently were ready to leave without installing the new fridge and with the old one still sitting outside my door. The non-English speaking installer had to call Best Buy to tell me this and I fought back a bit and said NO! By that time the problem had been solved. Unnecessary annoyance!

The installer of the water line to my refrigerator. Was very nice and got the job done quickly. Very happy that everything was quick and done properly.

Unfortunately, my fridge had to be disassembled to get into the house. When they reassembled, it wasn't done correctly & the door is uneven. Best Buy did rectify the situation & are exchanging the fridges out. I also had to connect my own water line but was easy with the right parts from the hardware store.

Works fine. Does the job. Easy installation and perfect for the space.

Very happy with the fridge/freezer. I have had it for two weeks and it is holding temperature in fridge and freezer areas well. Minor compliant is that water dispenser has no light. Not a show stopper but it would be a nice feature. As noted by some other reviews on two occasions the dispenser has changed from water to ice. Again, not a show stopper as it is easy to change back but I do not know if I accidentally made the change or it is random. Delivery personnel were excellent, they took care bringing in the fridge into my home, explained the functions of the fridge and advised me to run a few gallons of water through the filter and not to use the first ice made. I already knew this but it was nice to be informed. The only downside to the whole experience was that I was not available at the delivery time originally provided by best buy and trying to change this via the help line was almost impossible as the best buy systems do not make this easy. I gave some feedback on this and was contacted by a manger - so hopefully this improves. If you can be home during the proposed delivery window then this would not be an issue. Overall I am very pleased with this product and would recommend it.

Very Happy with the product and specially how th fridge looks. Only what I did not like is the fact that it’s not free delivery for a $1600 worth of product!

My Whirlpool refrigerator is nice. Looks good, plenty of room for me. My only question or complaint is it seems to run alot. Overall good.
