The two installers were very polite and friendly. They were very careful to not hurt anything taking the refrigerator through the house to the kitchen. They were helpful explaining some of the refrigerator features and the temperature I requested.

The team install my fridge take the responsibility for the damage they cause while transfer it from their truck to my basement but still waiting bestbuy to send me the discount check. I would give 5 stars if I had receive my check.

This is for the installation of my new fridge. The process was very good as they provide a date and time window for delivery and setup. They provided a reminder the day before and also called on the date of installation. Removal and installation went quickly and smoothly. I would use this service again.

The gentleman that took away the old fridge and installed our new fridge was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. There was a small ding on the drawer and he told me exactly who to contact to have the situation rectified and it was within 2 hours. Very good service and nice staff.

This was perfect, they took the old unit and set up the new one in under an hour.

Water is hooked up and doesn't leak. Not sure what more I would ask of them.

Two guys showed up promptly and had the refrigerator in the house and in place in a couple of minutes. Install work took less than that and they were gone. They wore masks due to covid and I saw them use liquid soap in their truck. Good Thing!

The item was delivered to us on time. But the first supposedly installers said that they wouldnt be able to bring the fridge up unless we remove our stair railings. I hope they told us about it beforehand so that there’s no need to reschedule. We end up rescheduling installation. We had our railings down before the next installers come they said that there’s no need to remove the railings before they can carry the refrigerator up. And thats there’s enough space to carry the item. So frustrating! But atleast the second installers were able to fix everything.

Easy installation - looks good Spray is to far forward and I have pushed the bidet as far to the rear of the toilet as it will go. Useable but not the best.

They did a great job. Only took a few minutes and they were gone!

Both young men were very professional. I was very impressed. After the refrigerator was put where my wife wanted it, the one young man went over the controls, set it up for us and told use anything else we wanted to know. The wife was happy.
