The crew of two were excellent. Careful, considerate, efficient. When the old fridge was taken out, they allowed me time to clean up the area prior to new install. Good work, good value.

I wish there was one s little bigger that would fit the space I have. Other than that it's fine.

The team that delivered our refrigerator was excellent. Jordan Wilkerson was very professional in that everything was done properly and to our satisfaction. Jordan kept us informed as to their arrival time. Both young men were very courteous. Best Buy should be pleased to have such good employees.

Delivery gentleman were wonderful. (Colton and Alexander). Unfortunately, on unpacking the door was dented. Arrangements were easy to replace it. Unfortunately, it will be 2 months.

We never had leaks. Everything working perfectly so far.

The gentlemen that removed our broken refrigerator and installed the new one were very professional and thorough. They came to our house about 8:00PM because their delivery truck broke down earlier in the day. They went above and beyond the call to deliver our refrigerator on the day it was promised. I was extremely impressed with their dedication and courtesy. These guys deserve a raise!

When the refrigerator arrived our largest door, which is a double slider would not open. The guys that delivered the new fridge managed to get it through the front door in a very clever way and installed it quickly and expertly. I can't say enough good things.

Installation team did not have the order to take the old refrigerator but decided in our favor (as the customer) to take it with them

Quick and correctly installed by B.B. contractor. No issues in past 3 weeks.

Install was quick and easy. We were ready and had prepared the space. That always helps! The freezer was handled with care and placed in the space perfectly.

When refrigerator was delivered, two persons left it in the garage and said that it takes 4 people to take it upstairs. So it was not installed when it was delivered. It took 3 reschedules to have the work done and at the end just 2 persons made it possible so the first two guys definitely didn’t want to take it upstairs. Customer service to reschedule installation is bad and don’t know anything plus they are not willing to help. Thanks to the last person that made the final reschedule and followed up the installation. She straightened up what others didn’t do.

Very nice services did the job in less than an hours

Installation of our KitchenAid French door refrigerator went well. There was not much that had to be done. Made sure the doors were level and water worked.

Crew was on time. They took time to inspect and review condition of fridge. Measured doorways and carefully hauled away old fridge and move in new one. Knowledgeable of product, super nice and helpful, and didn’t take long at all to install. Great experience!

They did the hook up and it was quick and easy. No mess left behind.

ice maker is not in the freezer compartment (as in older models) and instead is in the non- frozen upper compartment of this French door model and makes a few ice cubes at a time. It works quiet well and meets our daily need for ice.
