Insignia Refrigerator Delivery

It was delivered on the day agreed to, and the young man called the day before to confirm and give us a time. He was prompt, efficient, and extremely polite. Made for a pleasant experience.

Damaged home

BUT, on arrival, delivery team argued for 5 minutes on if it would fit or not through the doors despite measurements on box, etc. I get we ordered a heavy, large fridge, but they should be prepared for that. Upon delivery, hit the banister in the new build we had owned for less than 24 hours, and did severe drywall damage and did not even seem to care. Didn't acknowledge it at all.

They came back promptly and we had the necessary extensions available in the guys did a great job getting things all set up an aligned without doing any damage tour new home.

Fast and efficient replacement!

The Whirlpool fridge had a glitch in the door lock and Pacific Sales through Best Buy was able to replace with a new one within 7 days! We're very happy with the replacement, it's exactly the model we had previously purchased.

Fridge service

The process was very good as they provide a date and time window for delivery and setup. They provided a reminder the day before and also called on the date of installation. Removal and installation went quickly and smoothly. I would use this service again.

I know they are on a schedule and cannot spend a lot of time on small details. That being said, I had to spend time after the installation removing the protective plastic film from the refrigerator edges/crevices.
