It was a good experience with the people ccoming in and installing everything again even when they mess up they will come back and fix their mistakes even if it takes them 4 months to do so.

It's nice that Best Buy provides convenient refrigerator installation options, but it may be more of a headache than its worth. We used Best Buy's in-home delivery feature for our Bosch refrigerator. Our home is 3 stories and the Great Room/Kitchen is located on the 2F. We called Best Buy a month prior to our target installation date to ensure they knew the dimensions and floor layout, stair count, etc., and they ensured these notes were added and they have a professional team that would be able to handle this in-home installation. The delivery/install team (2 men) were super nice. They said this Bosch fridge is super heavy, so they had to take some components (interior shelves/bins, some doors) off the fridge and placed on the street/sidewalk. This was not preferred for our brand new fridge, but they had to lighten the load. Even though the team seemed experienced, they were not suited for this home delivery. They struggled up stairs and scratched/dented our walls and hardwood floors. They also dented a fridge door that was not able to be removed. I understand our home layout is not super convenient for delivery, but we placed our Bosch fridge order after we called Best Buy to set the correct expectations and ensure their team would be able to deliver. Our fridge was correctly installed, but left a trail of damage from the front door to the kitchen. Every time we called customer service for help (we would like our dented fridge door/home walls and floor fixed), they gave us a different compensation answer. Eventually, Best Buy did resolve this discussion, we had to reach out to a separate third-party company for reimbursement on home damages.

The connection of the water line worked well and the ice maker fiunctions

Have only used it for a week, but space in fridge and freezer generous and well organized. Lots of ice, excellent water filtration. Installers on time, knew what they were doing.

Delivery team was awesome, I mentioned a front and back door to bring in the refrigerator they measured and were able to use the back door and didn’t have to take anything apart…..

Can't say enough, but was very happy with the company performing the installation and delivery! Kudos to their workers and the scheduler who took care to address my needs. They called in advance to reconfirm schedule, and delivers called when they were on the way! This is what customer service should always be!

The service techs. were efficient and knowledgeable. They were a pleasure to have in my home. Very pleased. Our sales person was also very helpful. He spent time looking for what we wanted. He was very personable. An overall excellent experience.

They came and delivered my new fridge and hooked it up. The existing water line was not working and they promptly pointed that out after trying to start up the water dispenser. They also hauled my old fridge to the garage without a hitch. The problem: Both techs DID NOT wear gloves. They DID NOT disinfect any of the surfaces they touched. I did all that when they left. It seems like Best Buy is trumpeting all the precautions they "plan" to take, but like many businesses, are not enforcing it. As a customer, you better be on your toes if you have them come to your home.

I was essentially scammed by the delivery system they offer. They delivered the new refrigerator, but instead of taking the old one, they left it in the middle of my kitchen. The old one was an LG French door, very similar to the new one, except it was Samsung. The delivery guy was in a hurry and said he couldn’t install the new one, so he just walked out while I was asking him for advice and if he had the customer service number. He completely ignored me and walked out, leaving the new fridge in the middle of my kitchen. I had to call a private company to come and install the new fridge and take the old one out, which I had paid extra $150 to Best Buy for that exact service.

The Mario/Jesus team went beyond to provide a smooth and expert level of service. They even cleaned the front of the fridge with a special towel from fingerprints/grease. Thank you! 10 stars for their efficiency, knowledge and kindness

The technicians were very friendly, and professional. They were protective facemasks due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they were protective coverings on their shoes when they came into the house. They prepared the refrigerator for our use and cleaned up all the packaging that came with the refrigerator.
