The guys were courteous and professional and did not damage the walls even though it was a snug fit. And the delivery window was 8 to 12, they arrived at 8:45!

Delivered and installed our refrigerator or knowledgeable fast. Courteous and we couldn't have asked for anything better. They were not just on time. They were early.

The item was delivered to us on time. But the first supposedly installers said that they wouldnt be able to bring the fridge up unless we remove our stair railings. I hope they told us about it beforehand so that there’s no need to reschedule. We end up rescheduling installation. We had our railings down before the next installers come they said that there’s no need to remove the railings before they can carry the refrigerator up. And thats there’s enough space to carry the item. So frustrating! But atleast the second installers were able to fix everything.

The water/ice dispenser works fine, and the spherical ice cubes were a surprise. Especially like the double door for drinks.

So far, so good. We haven't had a drop of water leak from the connection.

I love this frig. It's my first "new one." I like the knock-knock feature although I must confess, I just use it to impress my friends. It's so fun to open and see all your food at once.

I did not use this as the water connection to my refrigerator is through the ceiling and was 6 months old. The installer did bring one in case it was needed and we determined that we did not need to add 6 ft to the existing water line. He did say that best but would not be responsible if the water line leaked which I understand. Glad that he was ready with it if it was needed.

The plumbing in my house has been one nightmare after another. The water line to the old refrigerator being the latest. When the Geek Squad set up guys couldn't sort out the problem they graciously took the new frig back to the warehouse until I could get a plumber to fix the shut off valve. They redelivered the new one today, without charging me extra, and all is well.

Very happy with the installation of our new freezer.

The installers had no problem installing the adapter kit. It replaced one that was 8 years old. I think the water looks crystal clear and seems to filter out the minerals in our water supply. I have had it for only 6 weeks. So far, great!

Was connected very easy to complete. The Contractor finished fast.

The delivery was damaged but BestBuy customer service were great and exchanged the damaged product with a new product.

The two men who installed the refrigerator did a good job and were efficient. They gave me time to clean behind the frig as it was quite dusty. I was happy there were not any scratches or dents and it was in good condition. They connected the water line with no problem. Would have been nice if they had cleaned the fingerprints and streaks bit did not have what was needed to do so they said.

Awesome customer! Love the refrigerator. Best Buy is the best store to get a fridge raider from everyone is pleasant and have a smile on their face while walking in the store
