Best Buy always does a great job and their employees are well trained. No issue and everything went as planned. Big feature is they let you schedule installs months in advance, which their competitors like Home Depot won't do. Best Buy earned my business because of that!

The refrigerator is very nice and roomy...the quality is durable. Also the freezer has two shelves. This gives me more space to store food. I like the color and it was on sale for a good sale price.

The workers did a great job delivering the fridge. The problem was the ice maker hook up. It leaked. After a short time there was water coming out from behind the fridge on the floor. The workers did not seem to use the teflon plumbers tape on the connection and did not tighten the fitting correctly. I did the repair. I reported this in prior product review. Best Buy did not contact me about the issue. I am very disappointed.

No regrets buying this appliance, I will definitely recommend this product.

Using Best Buy professionals to install my appliance was the best decision I could make. Best Buy sent out the two most professional men I've ever had sent by any appliance company. They were very efficient, friendly and helpful. Successfully installed my appliance in about twenty minutes, including removal of old one. They also arrived on time, and even on a Sunday, very impressive.

The installation was done by two fine gentlemen who made short work of getting our new refrigerator up an running. They were friendly, efficient and made the whole process easy and worry-free. Thanks to them, it was installation with a smile.

The team install my fridge take the responsibility for the damage they cause while transfer it from their truck to my basement but still waiting bestbuy to send me the discount check. I would give 5 stars if I had receive my check.

It's nice that Best Buy provides convenient refrigerator installation options, but it may be more of a headache than its worth. We used Best Buy's in-home delivery feature for our Bosch refrigerator. Our home is 3 stories and the Great Room/Kitchen is located on the 2F. We called Best Buy a month prior to our target installation date to ensure they knew the dimensions and floor layout, stair count, etc., and they ensured these notes were added and they have a professional team that would be able to handle this in-home installation. The delivery/install team (2 men) were super nice. They said this Bosch fridge is super heavy, so they had to take some components (interior shelves/bins, some doors) off the fridge and placed on the street/sidewalk. This was not preferred for our brand new fridge, but they had to lighten the load. Even though the team seemed experienced, they were not suited for this home delivery. They struggled up stairs and scratched/dented our walls and hardwood floors. They also dented a fridge door that was not able to be removed. I understand our home layout is not super convenient for delivery, but we placed our Bosch fridge order after we called Best Buy to set the correct expectations and ensure their team would be able to deliver. Our fridge was correctly installed, but left a trail of damage from the front door to the kitchen. Every time we called customer service for help (we would like our dented fridge door/home walls and floor fixed), they gave us a different compensation answer. Eventually, Best Buy did resolve this discussion, we had to reach out to a separate third-party company for reimbursement on home damages.

I got a call late the night before installation with requirements for the next-day install. Can't connect to a plastic water line, and existing unit must be disconnected from water line before the install. Fortunately I did not have a plastic water line, but the call came too late to do any good if I had. I expected the install team to disconnect the existing unit, so that requirement also came as an unpleasant surprise. I needed to move the old unit out and figure out how to disconnect.. not what I expected. But I think the team would have been accommodating, and other aspects of the install were entirely satisfactory. I can't fault the installation, just the pre-installation procedure.

I am a single parent so love this service that Best Buy offers. I had my new fridge installed and my old one hauled away. It is a life saver!

Oh boy, I am so glad to have tech support I don't know what to think. It is the best buy of all times to have protection. Installation saves time and money and you don't have to worry about doing it the wrong way. Feels good to have products the right way in your home.
