The people who installed were lovely. It was a hassle getting to my studio because it is in someone's backyard lol and the truck wouldn't fit into the alley. But the gentleman were very kind and carried it all the way form the sidewalk to the back of the house into my home. They were fast efficient and very very friendly. Hope they have a good day!

I don’t have a waterline in my house so they didn’t connected but I was gonna pay them to install it but I forgot to add it when I bought the product but I’m still happy I’ll install it myself one day according to my wife that’ll never happen she’s probably right

Purchased a Samsung refrigerator and the installation was quick and easy.

Would not purchase this refrigerator again. The first one was a lemon and had to be replaced. This one is okay but the motor is louder than expected and it makes a gurgling noise every so often. It came with a plastic protective covering that was under the stripping and all of it can't come out.

They brought the refrigerator into the house and Plugged it in and screwed in the water hose. Wow what kind of schooling did they have to get for such skills .

It’s a very good refrigerator for the price I only gave the installation 4poits instead of 5because it was slightly scratched while taking it down to be my lower level but they took care of it

I purchased this refrigerator on August 24th . It was delivered on August 27th. It starting making a noise like running water/static sounds on September 25th less than one month after delivery. I purchased a protection plan so I called Geek Squad. The first person told me no problem to replace although passed the 15 days return but less than a year. I said ok but would like to change the color if I could because the monochromatic sterling silver holds fingerprints. I have been trying to remove the prints from the delivery men since it arrived. He said no problem I will transfer you to the sales department to help you. I was transferred and told wrong department. I was transferred to another department only to be told wrong department let me transfer you back to Geek Squad. Once there I was told that someone would have to come out to diagnose the refrigerator. I stated I want it to be replaced not repaired. So he continued to tell me something totally different from the first person. I requested to speak with a supervisor and told it can take up to 48 hours to receive a call back. In the meantime every time the refrigerator cools the noise returns. Very disappointed in Best Buy.
