Installers were very efficient and courteous

When the installers came they brought 4 glass panels to install on the front of the fridge. The problem was they brought 3 top panels and 1 bottom panel. They had to come back a second time to bring the missing panel, but yet again brought a top panel instead of a bottom panel. It took 6 weeks and numerous calls to get the correct panel and have it installed. The installers were very efficient and courteous throughout.

They even gave good advice about our freezer.. quick and efficient. I would recommend them to everyone.

They were very accurate in placing the fridge. The only problem was that they are not allowed to connect a copper tube for water line. Only plastic. Wish we know it ahead of time. So we have to do it ourselves.

Everything was put back exactly as it was found. They did a really good job explaining everything and making sure all the features worked. It was a super hot Texas day, too, but they were very nice - no complaining. It seemed they like what they do and that makes a difference. So glad we had the professionals install!!!
