Good installation

Once that issue was addressed they did a good job installing & hooking up my water line.

perfect service but not good on details

I noticed that they started peeling off the cabinets stickers (to keep them in place) but did not take them all off. I guess they need to spend more time on the little details

The drivers were nice, CLEAN, in a great mood, funny, careful, fully unpacked fridge, leveled it once in place, handed me owners manual and said " thank you" PERFECT 5 STARS

It took a few tries, but finally the team that came at the end was able to install the current fridge and remove our old fridge. It was a bit on the taller side so they removed the doors and then had no trouble hauling the old one away.

Unhappy customer

My complaint has been and still is that the fridge has physical damage to it. Be it in the rear , but I didn't pay for a damaged machine. I sent several emails to customer service to which I received no reply. Safe to say this will be my last purchase with BestBuy.
