They were very careful entering and exiting my home without damaging the refrigerator or any of my walls. There is a charge for removing the old refrigerator ($15.00)--Well worth the value. Hard working professional staff. Highly recommend the geek squad team.

Technician removed old fridge and installed new one efficiently and perfectly. Respectful, courteous & skilled - Luis was a pleasure to deal with. He hooked up water line, made sure everything was working well & did an excellent job.

Installation went great. Could have purchased connectors cheaper elsewhere.

After having 2 different teams come out and NOT fix the problem, these men listened to what we said about the problem and actually corrected the problem. They were polite and respectful. They gave me time to clean the fridge area before installing the new fridge. No trash left behind. Nice folks.

Subcontractors for Best Buy

Freezer door was damaged in transit from store and bottom decorative molding was torn. Both parts were replaced for free. If Best Buy offers to deliver for free then why DIY.
