The tech was gross and totally disrespectful. He kept asking where my husband was because apparently my stupid little lady brain can't figure out how to think. I bought the fridge and Im not married so idk who he thought he SHOULD be talking to but I AM the customer. Then he mistook PAINT for corrosion and refused to do the job. Cool. Told me he'd call to reschedule. Didn't so I Rescheduled myself and he canceled the morning of. This has been a horrible experience from start to... well, idk because two weeks later and I still Don’t have a functional kitchen. The only thing Best Buy has an advantage over buying everything online is the customer service and this is an example of why stores are closing.

This refrigerator is a great buy and very quite (does not make much noise). The top two door is refrigerator section and bottom door is for freezer section. It i part of energy star. Lot of space for the refrigerator section. It is Wifi enabled, need to figure out the WiFi features.

Delivery was amazing. The representatives made sure everything was hooked up and running properly. Would use Best Buy again

The installation team from Best Buy were great. They quickly removed the old fridge and took it out to their truck. They brought the new fridge in, hooked up water and electricity, and leveled it. All while being courteous and considerate. Well done!

The problems I had getting device after it was dropped off was horrible. When I called in about getting a tech out the CS rep had the gall to say” you didn’t purchase a service contract”… but I hadn’t even had the thing a week!! It was irrelevant! He made me crazy mad!

It was a very hot day, they were very professional. They needed to remove my front door to get the refrigerator in, they then removed my old refrigerator and hooked up my new refrigerator with waterline and rehung my front door. They also went above and beyond to make sure the refrigerator doors were level. I have and will continue to recommend Best Buy often.

Wonderful delivery very professional and went the extra mile to take door off an handle off old fridge to remove it an they carried to not leave cart wheel marks on the floor! I was impressed!

The Geek Squad guys who installed my refrigerator were exceptional. I was concerned about my floor getting scratched. They strapped a sling around themselves, lifted and carried the old one out and the new one in. Didn't bang into anything, and made it look easy.

The technician hooked it up in a few seconds. Highly recommend it.

Easy to install. No problems. Just use a wrench, then done.
