Great installers

The installers wore masks at all times and maintained social distancing which was greatly appreciated.

The installation guys were great

Then the return and redelivery got messed up and we cancelled the order. The fridge may have been fine. The delivery guys were fine. The office departments didn’t communicate with each other or didn’t follow directions.

I was delighted. They installed the refrigerator quickly and took all trash with them. A couple of weeks have passed. I am very satisfied and will definitely be using Best Buy again.

I was concerned about my floor getting scratched. They strapped a sling around themselves, lifted and carried the old one out and the new one in. Didn't bang into anything, and made it look easy.

No service contract questions in first 15 days!

When I called in about getting a tech out the CS rep had the gall to say” you didn’t purchase a service contract”… but I hadn’t even had the thing a week!! It was irrelevant! He made me crazy mad!

Bright lighting also comes with the beverage station . Water pitcher that automatically fills also automatic doors .
