Delivery folks did a fantastic job installing our new fridge and water line

The installation was quick. I ordered the water kit and later realized that I did not need it because I already had one hooked up with my previous refrigerator. The installation was 10 minutes or less. They refunded the water kit back to my account.

The first refrigerator that was delivered leaked water. It was immediately replaced and everything works great. I love the french doors and drawer. The bright light makes everything easy to see. The size of the refrigerator was perfect for my kitchen.

Delivery crew took extra effort to double check everything even though it was a simple plug in appliance, and informed us the duration required prior to use. Efficient and effective.

The Installation was on time and very professional. They cleaned up and showed me various things about the refrigerator. However, at the time of purchase, I was required to buy a line for the water. I assured them that I had one. The salesman said I needed to buy it then, but could return it when they didn't use it. When the installers put it in, they used the new one, even though there was one there, meaning that I paid $30 for something I didn't need. Seems like a scam to me. Also, my purchase date is six weeks before they could deliver it, so my warranty is shorted by almost two months, which is annoying.

I love the interior lights and the large capacity. The price was also good and installation was perfect! They left everything working and clean!

The installation team was very efficient. They came on time and finished the job without any negative experience. they were very knowledgeable and provided guidance on all queries we had. they took care of the old hauling with ease.

Friendly delivery workers. Asked is they could reverse the doors but was told I had to call to request & pay a fee. Otherwise service was exceptional.

Everything was handled perfect. We had to replace a brand New Whirlpool. Whilpool warranty was trying to get out of replacing a 6 week refrigerator say it had to go to a committee. Structural damage is not classified as cosmetic damage. I have Best Buy coverage for everything I buy. They replaced it in two days no questions. Thank you Best Buy

Excellent Service! The two installers did a good job installing my new refrigerator and removing my old refrigerator. They did what was necessary to fit the refrigerator through narrow doors and installed the water line correctly.

The company On Time Delivery and Installation that delivers for BEST BUY, Delivered, Relocated and installed Our Appliances. We had a Refrigerator, Gas Range Oven, Dishwasher and Microwave replaced. They did a Wonderful job All the Way Around. We received Text the day before letting us know they were coming as Scheduled with a time estimate. On the Day of Delivery we received updated text and also Text when they were on the Way. Gabrielle and Ralphel were Excellent on Delivery, Relocation, and installation. They were Professional, Very Knowledgeable and also Personable throughout the entire process. I would Recommend them to Anyone.

The two technicians arrived in a time.y manor. Both were professional and friendly. They got right to work moving the old refrigerator to its new location. After that, they prepared the new unit and move it i into the kitchen being extremely careful not to damage it or the woodwork and door. Following the final installation they reviewed operation with me and ensured I was totally satisfied. Their performance exemplified the service I have come to expect from Best Buy.
