They were on time. Installed the product exactly as I instructed.

Don’t bother. This fridge is loud and incredibly cheaply made. If returning a fridge was an easy process, I would have went right to the store and done it. You can’t open one door and use the drawers. Both doors need to be open to access one drawer. The ice machine takes up a large amount of space. The usable space is not practical at all. The freezer drawers are basically Mickey Mouse toys. I can’t see this thing lasting more than 4-6 years. The sales person at the store and the delivery guys were great. No complaints there. Whirlpool made a junky fridge. That is all.

The two gentlemen who did the installation were fantastic. The entrance to my kitchen required particular care to get the refrigerator into the room. It required partial disassembly of the doors. They gave excellent service and were very friendly. I was thoroughly impressed!

We had a major problem with a Kitchen Aid fridge and went through months of failed repairs. It then required a battle to get Best Buy to replace the fridge. When they did finally do so the installers did a horrid job. 1) There was water leaking out of the ice maker. (They apparently didn't remove a piece of tape.) We had to go to the corp. VP of customer service to get a crew back out with any haste. Originally, the phone rep was going to make us wait 8 days. 2) When the crew came back they fixed the leak but they left the fridge leaning forward by a good 5 degrees from vertical and the main doors were out of line. We had to call again to get those problems fixed. The fridge is now operating but making noise. We're hoping this one isn't going to give us trouble, now, as well. All in all, we had a poorly functioning fridge for about 6 months and had no fridge for more than another month. We've bought a number of appliances from Best Buy over the years. You guess about our future plans.

The installation guys were great. They were polite and efficient. I had an issue with the first freezer I received so these gentlemen had to move out the old one and replace it with the new one. They did it without any complaints. I was impressed.

We are so pleased with the men who disassembled our old refrigerator, and hauled it away, and installed our new one. They were thoroughly professional and efficient. We give them 10+. And we love our new refrigerator also.
