It’s a refrigerator,it keeps things cold and looks good. It’s hard getting use toing to open both doors to open the deli tray. You can’t use the water or ice if the right door is open. I would recommend the second ice maker.

Works well for the item I purchased. It was required by installer.

Purchased new refrigerator due to old refrigerator still under warranty and Best Buy could not fix, Replacement still makes noise.

We had a major problem with a Kitchen Aid fridge and went through months of failed repairs. It then required a battle to get Best Buy to replace the fridge. When they did finally do so the installers did a horrid job. 1) There was water leaking out of the ice maker. (They apparently didn't remove a piece of tape.) We had to go to the corp. VP of customer service to get a crew back out with any haste. Originally, the phone rep was going to make us wait 8 days. 2) When the crew came back they fixed the leak but they left the fridge leaning forward by a good 5 degrees from vertical and the main doors were out of line. We had to call again to get those problems fixed. The fridge is now operating but making noise. We're hoping this one isn't going to give us trouble, now, as well. All in all, we had a poorly functioning fridge for about 6 months and had no fridge for more than another month. We've bought a number of appliances from Best Buy over the years. You guess about our future plans.

Nice guys but couldnt hook up the water. Did not use new hook up and it is not level

Water hookup was not needed on this item as it has no ice maker.

Delivery people were exceptional. They were earlier than expected. They made sure my Refrigerator was set up and working properly. They explained was I should do before using it. Again, they were exceptional.
