This new Frigidaire refrigerator installation was so fast in comparison of the last two GE refrigerators. The guys were professional and Unpacking was freeze. A great garage refrigerator. The GE’s took a long time. Mostly because they did not have the right tools. On one occasion I loan a metal cutter to cut the metal packing bands. Yes!, I said two. Both GE’s had defective levelers making it unsafe since the wheels still touched the floor. Almost got ran over several times by the GE. Especially when it was loaded up.

They installed my refrigerator quickly. No big issues.

They were in and out in nothing flat. And they made sure everything was working properly before they left

Two review: 1st delivery team of 2 men, refused to try bringing in my purchased refrigerator, nor removing my old one. The get a zero star. I had to pay $150.00 to have my old refrigerator removed, and trade my purchase for a second type of counter depth appliance. 2nd Team of 3 men, get a 5 star!! Not only did they unpack, install etc.. but they never once complained that it could not be done! They were at my home, maybe 15minutes. THANK YOU!!! I know the rating seems unfair, but the anxiety caused by the first team of delivery servicemen, cost me more than a few dollars!

My refrigerator was delivered on time and the delivery driver completed the installation without any issues.

Our installers were on time and very professional! They quickly performed our refrigerator install perfectly and showed us how to use our new unit.

It can’t be easy carrying such a heavy appliance into people’s homes, but these guys did it very well. I did have an issue with water not coming out, but it turns out that it was due to a plumbing issue and not due to their performance. There was limited communication on how to proceed or what the cause may have been and I was left wondering until I hired a plumber.

This was one of the best delivery options. Two men came a week before to measure and make sure the refrigerator would fit in my kitchen. Two men brought the new refrigerator on time and placed the refrigerator in the proper place in the kitchen. They took the old refrigerator away. Everything was neat and by the time they left everything was working fine.

Delivered actually when they stated they would. We really like the refrigerator.

We love this fridge. Plenty of room. Only room for 6 or 7 upright large bottles/containers like 2 qt milk/juice, wine etc. No separate compartment for cheese. Space has to be sacriificed for the ice-maker /water-dispenser in one of the doors.

The fridge is great. We love it. I assume the water in the door and ice maker are nice, but I don't know yet... The techs did not bring the new fridge inside. They claimed they were not allowed to take it out of the box. (The box size was too big for the door, but the fridge was not.) Best Buy service on the phone said they could, but then the installers said they didn't know how to assemble it. We had to have them leave it and get family to help or wait months for re-delivery. The installers did not give us the kit to connect to the water either. We still need that. The fridge itself is great though.

Installation went very smoothly. The gentlemen delivering and installing the refrigerator were very professional. They did a great job.

I puchased a refrigerator over a month ago and finally it is installed and almost completely working. Two problems emerged with this transaction: the first delivery attempt and the water filter. The first delivery team came and said that my current refrigerator could not be removed because a small cabinet had to be removed. that was narrowing the exit path. Actually, if the refrigerator had been turned to its side it could have passed through the existing space. I fojnd this out after I spoke with an independent contractor. I hired contractor to connect the water line. After everything was connected, water came out of the dispenser in a slow trickle. The contractor determined that the water ffilter which came with the refrigrerator was obstructing flow; when the filter was removed, the water flowed well from the dispenser.. I had to purchase a new water filter because neither Best Buy nor the refrigerator manufacturer would replace the defective filter free.

Installation went smoothly. The installers were very careful and respectful of property.

These guys made were great. They were on time, and quickly removed my old frig and were very considerate.

Delivery crew provided convenient daily and hourly delivery updates. The day before it was a 12 hour delivery window. Which was narrowed down to a hourly timeframe and eventually to a phone call to say they were on the way, They were very cordial and efficient with installation and removal of old refrigerator. Took one star off for the sales person at the store and the customer service reps who failed to input the initial delivery dates properly. Thus no delivery dates were inputted to their system but, I received confirmation emails as proof these delivery errors. Contacted customer service a second time to clarify these delivery date errors. This very helpful representative filed an inquiry and eventually a acceptable delivery date was rescheduled from 1 month out delivery and installation to 8 days, Thanks to Best Buy for making good on this issue!

The installation was comprised of removing the box, packing materials and plugging in the freezer. This was the extent of the installation.

Its a awesome looking fridge. Has as much room as i need. Ver satisfied with our purchase.
