Would have been a 5 star review except for the facts that the installation crew didn’t go over the operation of the system and, they left trash on the kitchen floor and on my truck in the driveway and on the lawn. By the time I saw the trash, the installers were halfway down the block, I didn’t have information to call them back, and was very unhappy about the situation as I am partially disabled due to a bad back .

I really appreciated the delivery/installers who delivered and installed my Samsung fridge. They were really friendly and easy to work with. They worked seamlessly to get my fridge in a narrow small space and were so conscientious about not hitting walls, counters, cabinets, furniture, etc. They were in and out in no time!

what can i say...its a waterline for a fridge and seems to work fine.

The two guys that installed everything were beyond helpful! My kitchen has a bunch turns and they measured everything prior to be able to maneuver everything around. Excellent service!

The installation went very smoothly. They came in measured to be sure the new fridge fit through the door and hallway - took out the old one and brought in the new one. Took less than an hour. Very pleased with them.

We needed installation because we certainly couldn't lift the fridge. BUT, on arrival, delivery team argued for 5 minutes on if it would fit or not through the doors despite measurements on box, etc. I get we ordered a heavy, large fridge, but they should be prepared for that. Upon delivery, hit the banister in the new build we had owned for less than 24 hours, and did severe drywall damage and did not even seem to care. Didn't acknowledge it at all.
