Initially when they came in I did not have a shut off valve behind the fridge, they explain me the process. Once I got the shut off valve placed they came in again and install the refrigerator. Highly recommend using Best Buy’s appliance installation.

Installers arrived when stated, were polite and careful when making the delivery and removed packing material. Tested connection for water to make sure no leaks. Installed and showed how to install the water filter.

the installation went like clockwork with Jose and Emerson working well together as a team, and they were finished in no time, and I just had to let the refrigerator and freezer cool to their settings before I filled it with the food.

This made the connection beyond simple. Even I could do this.

The original Best Buy installation crew did not level the refrigerator when originally delivery. The follow up crew fixed the situation (at no charge) and everything is working fine now.

First refer was too tall for opening. Best Buy worked with me to exchange the refer for a shorter one & didn't charge for the second trip out.

I bought a large new refrigerator, and was a bit concerned about it fitting through my narrow doorways but the service guys did an excellent job and got everything set up and the old one away very quickly. I would highly recommend them.

Installation was quick, but careful, clean and thoughtful. They addressed all my concerns about fit before bringing in the new refrigerator(it is a very good fit). The path chosen for removal and delivery was measured and planned before any appliance was touched. Operation of the refrigerator was carefully and thoroughly explained, with questions answered .

Guys came on time, delivered my new freezer, gave me a few pointers, asked if I had any questions, cleaned up, and went to the next stop. Nice guys who seemed to care...which is rare these days!

Best Buy installation is great! We used another major brand for install of appliances once before and the experience wasn't great. We used Best Buy previously and will only use BB moving forward. They do the job correctly the first time and we've used them for multiple installs.

Really enjoy the convenience of having the water spout built into the fridge and the built in ice maker has really cut down on the wait for cool drinks

Guys were very polite and knowledgeable explained all the features and did not make a mess in my kitchen! Actually were very patient while I cleaned where they removed the old 30 year old fridge. Well worth the cost for removal and setup!
