Installation was on time . It was not easy for those guys to get my old refrigerator out of my house. New one went in easy. So far it has been a good experience with Best Buy.

Great the second time

He said that he found some water coming out of the valve but there wasn't any leaks we later determined. They ended up coming out again two weeks later and reattempting the hookup. Thank you for a smooth non-eventful installation!

Super simple job

The guys got it wheeled in put into the right spot and plugged in. No water lines were needed for this install. The guys were on time, friendly and quick.

Samsung Refrigerator

The door gasket was damaged on the original delivery, so they replaced the entire door twice (1st one was dented). The fridge is fine, but I should have spent a little more on the LG or GE. It feels kind of flimsy & cheap compared to those other brands. The water nozzle points back & has a delay to it. The ice cubes are kind of small & come out a little crushed regardless of the setting. The shelves are also hard to clean. Lighting is great though & the door shelves are a good size (milk gallon fits easily). Like I said, nothing special about this one.
