I love my new Refrigerator, the freezer on the bottom is roomy, and easy to see into, best of all I don't need to get on the floor to see what's in my refrigerator.

I’ve bought refrigerators from Best Buy before and the delivery company have been more than helpful setting up the fridge and installing it to the location desired. On my second fridge the third party delivery men were not as careful as the previous. First of all they were very young and not physically big enough to haul the fridge up to the second floor. They wound up scratching my wood stairs in multiple areas. They installed the water hook up kit to my existing copper tubing with a special connection which came with the kit but they did not install the door handles. Go figure something as simple as that they couldn’t do. Anyways just be careful when the delivery crew shows up. Make sure they are physically able to carry the fridge up to your second floor and keep and eye on their tools. The one who was training the other dropped a heavy tool on my kitchen marble floor. Luckily it did crack. I did not want to complain to BB about the scratched stairs. Some areas are gouged. Thing is I highly doubt anyone from geek squad is going to come out and fix the stairs. I rather do it my self then trust another third party to come out and fix the stairs. I’m extremely handy and can do it. Anyways thank Best Buy for the nice refrigerator but check the third parties employees and see if they have the experience and strength to lift the appliances “with the straps of course”. As far as the kit goes it works. Nothing to rave about. You need it if you have an older type of connection like those plastic couplers that you pull at both ends and insert the plastic clip to prevent the tubes from dislodging. Best,

The best install I’ve ever had. Received text the day before with time frame. Than the morning of I received another text and they arrived at 7am. Very courteous and professional. Made sure it was installed properly and leveled my new refrigerator.
