I could have done this...

Mine was disgusting because our old refrigerator lasted a long time. Also underneath the old refrigerator? I needed to use a drywall knife to scrape up all the funk before they put the new one in. Disgusting. BestBuy offer cleaning services!!

Geek Squad - not sure at this time

The Geeks care about your property

They CARRIED the old refrigerator out, didn't use a dolly. That was awesome as we have tile floors and were concerned they'd break a tile or damage other flooring. WONDERFUL

They were clean, careful, and friendly.

They had to take our front door off to get the frig in. Didn't leave a mark on the door or frame. They even moved the old frig to the garage for recycling pickup of the frig.

They IMMEDIATELY knew that the counter-depth model was not going to open once it was pushed back into the space. Frustrating because I submitted the dimensions of the location and they were "approved." Again, delivery crew was awesome.

they came to install a broken fridge

Im glad they were honest about the damage, thats y I use Best Buy service for my machines.
