On time, refrigerator assembled and installed, ready for immediate use. I especially appreciated the phone call 30 minutes before arrival so I could leave my frozen food in the old fridge until then.

The paper was left all over the refrigerator inside and out. I had to pick all the tape off the glass. I was very disappointed.

The guys called up when they were already outside parked. A 4 hour window was given and a message saying there were 4 stops ahead of us was never updated. Tracked some dirt through the house from their shoes and hand truck. Broke a piece of the baby gate because they were in a rush to get in and out. If I had 5 more minutes of notice, I could've removed it. Guys were quick.

Excellent services overall. Our refrigerator had factory defect but they have replaced the item immediately. They delivered the item on time and it's worth buying total tech.

Super service. On time; polite; thorough. They did not leave until they tested everything and made sure I was satisfied and the appliance was level. One tiny "ding:" there was a bit of packing material left in the street.

Door sagged with weight on it but shut fine, they came back and adjusted feet to level it better, now no sag and looks good

Great service provided by the delivery staff. Brought it in, adjusted the unit so it was stable, removed all of the protective packaging and cleaned the exterior thoroughly with stainless steel wipes. Also took the time to ensure that the water/ice maker were working properly and provided details and insight into best practices.

Great fridge can’t complain, I have it in my garage the stainless steel looks new to this day, would definitely buy again and recommend for a cheap fridge.

Good connection easy install into existing waterline.

I had a refrigerator installed. The delivery team seemed very rushed. They placed the refrigerator where I wanted it and plugged it in. Then they left so fast. I wasn't shown anything or given any verbal instructions. After they left I realized they hadn't even balanced the little legs. Had to get on the floor and do this myself.

The installer performed the installation as expected.

Second crew was great . All of 60 se onds to connect.

Install was totally impressive. The install techs gave me so much info and helpful guidance navigating my replacement product.

I'm in love with my new chest freezer. It doesn't take up much space, When I open it up their is a light on and you can see all the yummy foods inside. I really do love this purchase.
